Comedian Kyle Vorbach Headshot

Parents of Kyle Vorbach Rejoice: My Website is Done!

At long last, my website is up and running. I will be updating with my newest projects and videos. I also have a confidence-boosting About Me page.

I eagerly wait for the future, where years from now, parents will tell their kids “we met on kylevorbach.com”.

Until then, talk to me on social media. People always say “I promise, I don’t bite”. I bite, like a feral animal. I was raised by wolves.

Kyle Vorbach in a Conan Sketch

Kyle Vorbach in a Conan Sketch (Briefly)

I’ve just arrived in Los Angeles and I’ve already made it on TV. My national television debut in fact (I like to make it sound fancy like that).

I happened to be selected by the casting department at Conan to appear as a member of Justin Bieber’s posse in the following sketch. Say what you will about my haircut, but it got me on TV!

Life goal: get famous enough to be a guest on Conan, then bring this up during my interview. In the mean time, I’ll just keep interning.

I’m Also Interning at CollegeHumor!

Not only am I interning at Conan, but I also accepted an internship with the production department at CollegeHumor for this spring!

If Conan was what convinced me to go into comedy, CollegeHumor definitely showed me what specifically it was that I wanted to do. I remember discovering the CollegeHumor website when I was back in middle school and quoting all their hilarious videos with my friends. It introduced me to sketch comedy and web content as a medium for humor, and set me down a path that directly led me to where I am today.

It’s mind blowing that I will be working here too. I met Jake from Jake and Amir on my first day. We riffed about the park garage attendant turning into a vampire. These guys were a huge influence on my own comedy web series, John and Kyle Do Everything.

I’m Interning At Conan!

I am pleased to announce that I will be an intern in the production department at Conan in Los Angeles this spring!

Conan is by far my biggest influence in comedy. I saw every episode of him on the Tonight Show. Don’t tell him, but I also named my dog Coco.

I am incredibly stoked to be working here. Unfortunately, that translated into a needless cocky picture on my ID card:

That face says “my father owns a lake house”. Full disclosure: my Dad does not own a lake house.

Life is crazy, yo.
